1 big as you can get Jicama

garlic salt

spray olive oil

Peel and slice the Jicama thinly like picture

Spray baking pan lightly with oo. Spread out discs. Mine took 2 cookie sheets. Lightly spray chips. Sprinkle lightly with garlic salt. (I like the big jar at Costco with little green things in the salt by Lawry’s. (I also use this salt in my guacamole.)

Bake at 375 for around 10-15 min. Skinny ones get crispy and others no so much, but they have such a nice crunch to them. You’ll eat the whole jicama and a jicama is only 250 cal. and loaded with Vit C.
