My son gave me this recipe. I make every week. No flour. I eat with baked tofu, vegan cheese or nut butter. So easy yet soooo good.  Be sure to follow directions like leaving in fridge overnite before baking. Optional is to use sesame seeds instead of pumpkin seeds. It gives a finer texture to bread.
