This is perfect example of a veganized  recipe. The herbs are what make this so delicious. Omit the salmon and skip step 2 about frying. I cook quinoa on stove and wild rice in rice cooker with a 1c rice to 3c water ratio. veganish note: We did add a very small amount of salmon first time we made. Mind you it was fresh caught from Alaska so I know not farm raised. We did not use oil to cook.
